Currently leading the Data and Reporting team within the Merchandising Center of Excellence at Meijer – a regional retail Supercenter – Scott’s team is responsible for driving improved Merchandise performance by creating and improving data strategy & merchandise reports, scorecards and analytic based tools. Prior to Meijer, Scott established and led Reed Exhibitions Global Customer Insights Group acting as the customer lens for global strategic marketing and customer experience teams; leading market research efforts on customer understanding, brand strategy, and value propositions. Scott holds a PhD in Marketing and Management from the University of Connecticut and a BS from Florida State University.
