With over three decades of experience, Patty has been a practitioner, consultant, and analyst in CX. She turned dysfunctional organizations into thriving profit centers using CX strategically to create customer centric cultures that excelled. Patty is the senior customer experience manager at Upwork, has been a VP/GM at retailers such as Neiman Marcus, and principal analyst – CX at Insider Intelligence/e-Marketer.
Patty has her B.S. from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and her MBA from Oakland University. Patty has her CCXP and earned CX-PRO. She is an active member of the CXPA serving on the FL leadership team.
