Panelist: Stephanie Kinsey

Senior Customer Success Manager, Dixa

Stephanie Kinsey resides in Lincoln, NE and has been active in the CS space for over 20 years, currently with Dixa. Stephanie’s experiences as a CS leader span from start-ups to large, corporate organizations. Stephanie focuses much of her time on local LGBTQ+ initiatives, including a recent endeavor partnering OutNebraska with a local mentoring organization to provide matches for LGBTQ+ students. Stephanie also co-created a Food for Thought lunch and learn series at work to facilitate anti-racist education and journeys of allyship and has been involved in many ERGs, recently co-leading an LGBTQ+ ERG in Lincoln.

Panelist: Prabs Chandrasekaran

Director - App Optimization and Retirement Factory, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan

Prabs’ area is responsible for addressing legacy applications including mainframe in terms of optimizing and retiring to support future business need and process. One of his teams major accomplishment was the retirement of a 50 year old membership system last year. His area also partners with Legal and Audit in addressing data retention and defensible disposition. Prabs has been with BCBSM for 16 years and before that worked at IBM and DaimlerChrysler. He also served as Champion of BCBSM IT DEI for 2 years in 2017.
